Dates will be held upon payment of booking deposit of 25% within 5-7 days. The balance to be paid, including a refundable £250 damage and breakages, 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Airport transfers are not included but can be arranged with payment locally. Guest are advised to organise their own insurance for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property and cancellation.
Access to villa after 3pm on arrival date. Villa to be vacated by 11 am on departure date during peak season. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
